Also by the early 1900s there was no such thing as the Internet it has only come into use in the last 10 - 15 years as the technology has developed a long the way. Well I am always talking about similar things like cars or bad things about men.I should try something more positive. Well this time I will. I will be talking about dating women right from the start. It is not fare to always be talking about dating men or talking bad about cars. So I am trying something different and I hope it goes well. My heart goes out to everyone if it does not. But I can not even ask for your help. I really mean it I wish I could get your help. You know how much better my writing would be and how good you all would feel. Years ago I gave up dating after finding that no man in the city of San Diego seemed to be right for me. I had some very exciting years back then when I was young and at some point I had wanted to settle down and start to make a steady life for myself but when I tried finding any men that wanted the same thing it was impossible. It was seven in the evening and I came back home after playing a rugby match with Brian's team and was severely sweating. I had a shower and pulled out a can of coke from the refrigerator and sat on couch with a headphone on my ears. I always liked to spend my evening in this way. Just then, I got a call from Frank who asked me if I wish to come out with him for a drink in a nearby pub. I was in no mood to go anywhere out specially after the tiring match I had in the evening. I said that I may not be able to come and he can try out someone else who can accompany him. He said that he had broken with his girlfriend some 2 weeks ago and that is the reason why he is looking for his old friends who can accompany him. I really felt bad hearing this and I finally agreed to go out with him. I met him at eight at his place and from there we both moved to a pub where we had spent hours during our college days. My girlfriend has tried plenty of dating sites and techniques, she is almost addicted to it. I was upset at first that she was doing this kind of stuff while still being with me, but as she told me more and more about it I became more and more interested. She has tried on-line dating and speed dating; she has tried joining all these online sites, because she finds it exciting. My boyfriend Mark and I met six months ago on an online dating site that we had both joined when they were running a big holiday three day promotion. This had been the first time for both of us, he had though about joining an online dating site but it had never even crossed my mind before. Then that fateful weekend one of the bars in the village had a promoter there promoting the freecommunicationweekend, and that is the funny thing about it all. I remember going to my first schooldance with my boyfriend. I was only 15 and we had only been dating for a couple of weeks, we were both pretty shy, things were a bit different in those days. We hadn't really told anybody that we were going out together except for my best friend Anne. We decided to just go to the dance and suffer the consequences of his mates, and I knew that some of my friends would be jealous because he was a very popular boy.
